Repair Before Finish
If damaged material, poor previous work, or an unsuitable surface is exposed, it should be addressed before new flooring, tile, drywall, trim, or other finishes cover it.
A look at remodeling, repair, tile, kitchen, bathroom, and finish work completed by Confidence Remodel.
HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK
The gallery shows the part you can photograph. It does not show the damaged surface that had to be repaired first, the layout decisions, the prep work, or the hours spent making edges and transitions land where they should.
We size the work around the problem. Sometimes that means a full bathroom or kitchen. Sometimes it means one repair, one tile area, or a handyman list. A smaller job still needs to be finished cleanly.
The last details count. Trim, transitions, alignment, hardware, fixtures, cleanup, and corrections are part of the job, not leftovers for the end of the schedule.
If damaged material, poor previous work, or an unsuitable surface is exposed, it should be addressed before new flooring, tile, drywall, trim, or other finishes cover it.
Cabinets, counters, flooring, tile, fixtures, lighting, doors, trim, and repairs often affect one another. Sequencing those pieces early reduces rework later.
A project is not finished when the largest material is installed. Clean transitions, final adjustments, edges, hardware, touch-ups, and walkthrough items still matter.
