At Confidence Remodel, we want to restore your confidence in contractors.
I've been in the remodeling industry for 27 years. Together, my team has over 50 years of experience.
Over the years, I've seen a lot of projects where corners were cut, communication was poor, or the work simply wasn't done right. That's one of the reasons Confidence Remodel exists.
We believe honesty matters. Communication matters. And if something isn't right, it should be fixed.
One thing I've always said is: 'If you think what you did is good enough, redo it better.' That's the standard we try to bring to every project.

Experience
Randy has spent 27 years remodeling homes, and the team brings more than 50 years of combined experience to the work.
That experience covers kitchens and bathrooms, tile and finish work, interior remodeling, repair, reconstruction, and the smaller handyman projects that still deserve to be done correctly.
Years in the field also mean seeing what happens when preparation is skipped, repairs are covered instead of corrected, or finish work is rushed. Those lessons shape how we approach a project before the visible work ever starts.
Confidence Remodel is a registered Washington contractor, Reg # CONFIRL774NS.
Standards
Experience only matters if it changes how the work is handled.
Clear expectations come before work begins. Homeowners should understand the scope, the plan, and what the next step is without having to chase someone down for an answer.
Preparation comes before finish materials. If something underneath is damaged, uneven, poorly installed, or likely to cause another failure, it needs to be addressed before new work covers it.
When conditions change, we explain what we found and what it means. We would rather give a straight answer than make a problem disappear behind drywall, tile, trim, or flooring.
The details at the end still matter. Clean transitions, complete finish work, and respect for the parts of the home outside the work area are part of the job, not extras.
We want to leave work we are comfortable standing behind after the tools are packed up and the room is back in use.
